Teacher / Barre Body Burn
Ilse Pijpers has been active in the ballet, dance and fitness industry for 30 years. She studied in the ballet academy in Rotterdam and completed her studies in sport science as well as formal training as a Pilates and Fitness instructor.

She discovered the Barre method some years ago and fell in love with this way of training, especially when instructed in a heated room. The Barre Body Burn class makes the body incredibly strong and is a safe and effective way to train. The gentle moves in this ‘Cardio Ballet’ and Pilates fusion class helps to sculpt the inner thighs, arms, waist, legs and abdominals.
