TINA TOFT
Tina Toft is the author of the Ayurvedic Weight Loss Plan and the Ayurvedic Detox Plan containing her uniquely powerful ayurvedic herbal medications and delicious recipes.
She tackles complex and persistent health issues – life’s niggles that won’t go away. She has answers to bloating, liver and gut health, immune deficiency, PMS, menopause, fertility, lethargy, anxiety and so much more. She offers private health consultations, clinics, and event speaking, supported by her online health shop.
Tina is a fully qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner, studying for over three years at the Ayurvedic institute to gain her diploma in Ayurvedic medicine and become a member of the AAPUK. She was invited by Dr’s Kulkarni to join them in Pune, India where she spent over 500 hours training in Ayurvedic philosophy, dosha and pulse diagnosis, herbal pharmacology, nutrition and Pancha karma
Tina trained initially as a Sivananda yoga teacher for 500 hrs. Since then, she has emerged as an acknowledged IYN Yoga Elder and a YAP Yoga Pro trainer. She is also trained in children’s yoga & extra needs, pregnancy yoga, and yoga for addictions, mental health, and cancer. Nowadays she is the founder of Yogi Health teacher training academy offering specialist training courses in all these areas to yoga teachers as well as Yoga Teacher Training Foundation 200 hours courses.

LORI SJOLLEMA
Lori Sjollema has devoted herself as a Yoga teacher and Body Therapist for over 30 years and holds over 2,000 hours of professional teaching, one-to-one private tuition, retreats and workshops.
She has personally trained extensively in various yoga traditions, including Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga, Anusara, Iyengar and Raja Yoga. She shares her love and passion for Ayurvedic healing and teaches and shares from the experience and wisdom of her own life, using the tools of the physical practice-asanas, meditation, yoga Nidra and self-understanding.
Lori teaches flow-style yoga and hatha yoga with deep respect for alignment and therapeutics. She skill fully weaves themes through her classes so that each student experiences a journey beyond moving the body and instead moves deep into the heart.
She is the founder of Radiant Yoga Marbella and has dedicated her heartfelt energy to making it a space for healing body, mind & spirit as well as building a strong sense of
community.

HUERTA BELINDA
Your stay is in a beautiful and relaxing venue situated across the Mediterranean Sea of Morrocco. Everything is designed to enhance your experience. Huerta Belinda is a majestic large mansion in a small and natural urbanisation of El Cuarton. It is 8km from the bohemian ‘Tarifa’, Spain known for its wonderful beaches. It has a beautiful large swimming pool, spa and gardens, lovely patios for relaxing and magnificent views. spacious and cozy all bedrooms are en-suite. Once at Huerta Belinda, you may just not want to leave!
Tarifa
Sits at the southernmost point of mainland Europe where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic. Just 14km across the Straits of Gibraltar, the town enjoys spectacular views of the ‘Rif’ mountains of North Africa. It consists of a charming medieval fishing town, ten kilometres of white sandy beaches and the unspoilt countryside of the Natural Park. Some of the best kite & windsurfing conditions in Europe are established in Tarifa, a ‘true surfers´ paradise.
AYURVEDA
Ayurvedic medicine (“Ayurveda” for short) is one of the world’s oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
Ayurveda teaches that everything in the universe is connected. If your mind, body, and spirit are in harmony with the universe, you have good health and there is a deep connection with the flow of life in its natural state.
YOGA
Hatha “Ha” means sun and “tha” means moon so the Hatha practice helps us to balance our “masculine” and “feminine” aspects, finding equilibrium. During the practice, you will build strength and flexibility. This asana practice cultivates focus and helps to clear the energy pathways in the body bringing it to a sense of alignment.
YIN
Yin yoga is a practice that works the connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons and bones) of the body. It is a soft and passive practice that requires slowing down so we can surrender the body to gravity and enter a state of self-inquiry and contemplation. It is an asana, and meditation practice all rolled into one, that helps to release and clear the energy pathways of the body.
Yoga Nidra
Sometimes called the Yogi Sleep. Yoga Nidra counteracts stress and helps provide effective relief from depression and long-standing anxiety. It is an efficient way to obtain sleep. It helps clear the mind for learning and absorbing new material. Releases tension between body and mind and helps prepare for mediation practices. It is profoundly rejuvenating and helps with concentration and focus.
A retreat can either be a wonderful time of solitude or a community experience.
Retreats allow time for reflection, prayer, or meditation. It is a profound and effective way to disconnect from your daily routine, taking time and space to tune inwards.
An enriching way to cultivate awareness of self and immerse yourself in the teachings of yoga.
