Teacher / The Barre
Ali has worked in the fitness industry for 10 years. She believes in using different methods to keep the body strong but also flexible. As a personal trainer is trained in Barre, Pilates, Animal Flow, TRX and pre and post natal exercise programming.
Although fitness is a big part of her life, she works as a nutritionist, helping clients particularly with creating a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Ali also delivers presentations to schools in Spain and the UK on topics such as eating disorders, healthy eating and body image.
