“Just back from a wonderful retreat long weekend down at my favorite holiday spot in Spain, Tarifa. Big thanks to the team from RADIANT YOGA, Lori, Sara and Gabi whose total dedication created a perfect balance between yoga classes and relax time. I have been to many retreats and this was by far the best. Perfect for everyone from the well experienced to the absolute beginner. A mixture of classes including pranyama, meditation, hatha flow, and even a musical evening with australian didgeridoo and drum ceremony. The vegan food was not only delicious and suited to all allergies and special diets but was an education as Benjamin and Ann Marie divulged some of their secrets in providing delicious and healthy gourmet meals. The setting was perfect overlooking the ocean across to North Africa, a large spanish cortijo villa with total privacy and just the tunes of nature to break the silence, large swimming pool and jacuzzi to laze between classes.
