Teacher / Aerial Yoga

Giedre is passionate about teaching Aerial Yoga and helping her students attain better fitness and health. She has been a professional of track and field for the past decade which opened her eyes to the critical importance of a healthy body and mind. She started practicing Aerial Yoga to not only strengthen her body, but also to toughen her mind.

After a few years of studies and months of exploring yoga in Asia, She decided to dedicate her life to inspire and help others achieve physical wellbeing and take control of their bodies and minds to live an uplifting and exciting life.

Her goal is to acquaint her students with a lively yoga branch and make one fall in love with a sense of flight in their practice and achieve a more flexible, stronger body and a prominent feeling of inner peace.
