A 60-75 minute routine practiced in our professionally heated yoga room. We use high quality infrared panels to raise the temperature to 37-38ºC. Practicing in the heat has many benefits. It is detoxifying, can help you increase your flexibility, lose weight, improve sleep, drop blood sugar levels, and enhance your cardiovascular capacity. TIPS: If you are new to hot yoga please make sure you listen to your body and stay hydrated during this class!
