KIDS YOGA (ages 6-9)

Your kids have a wonderful opportunity to learn yoga and many useful techniques to serve them in their growing lives, and have fun doing so with Gabriella.

Not only will these classes be fun for your kids but also they will learn relaxation techniques, their concentration and focus will improve, they will become more aware of their bodies and emotions, they will get stronger and more flexible, and they will experience the power of working with the breath and meditation. We will practice asana, pranayama, meditation, kriya, and relaxation techniques

You will surely notice positive changes in your kids’ lives if they come regularly to this class!
