The Yoga of Awareness, it’s a dynamic, powerful yoga for experiencing deep into your body and your own soul. Taught for hundreds of years and brought to the west in the late 1960’s by Yogi Bhajan, practitioners have long-turned to kundalini yoga for its many health benefits, including lower stress levels, balanced glandular systems, expanded lung capacity, and a strengthening the nervous system. It also helps to reduced pain from physical injuries and helps to treat addictions. It’s even been found to improve memory.
