Margaret has been involved in the fitness industry most of her adult life. She began teaching as a professional Aerobics & Fitness Instructor more than 25 years ago.

Margaret currently holds three certifications from the Hot Yoga method called ‘Absolute Yoga’ where she travelled to Thailand to train with the team in 2011. She then went on to complete her Vinyasa Flow teacher Training in Bali in 2013.

She recently travelled to New York to become a certified STRALA teacher. Strala is a modern style of yoga that helps people drop stress from their bodies and minds, unlocking each person’s limitless potential to be radiantly healthy, fit and happy. It is designed to stimulate the body’s relaxation response, resulting in a feeling of well being, strength, flexibility and calm connection to the higher self.

Margaret believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone and that you are never too old, too unfit or too stiff to start to benefit from a regular practice. She now concentrates on teaching full time and uses her considerable life experience to help people realise the physical, mental and emotional benefits of adopting a yogic lifestyle and philosophy in their daily lives.
