On this wellness retreat our aim is to help you recover energy, find focus, and reconnect with the sense of equanimity and joy that defines your true nature.
Daily practices will include hatha/yin yoga, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra. These practices are tools to ease chronic tension in the body, balancing emotions, and building mental resilience. They will leave you feeling deeply grounded and renewed.

YIN YOGA
The benefits of yoga are extensive. The practice can help to balance emotions, improve flexibility, boost circulation, improve sleep, heal injuries, etc. On a physical level yin yoga targets the joint sites and stretches connective tissue this is why it is effective at easing chronic pain in the body. On a mental level it can help to reduce stress and anxiety as the practice focuses on cultivating stillness and body awareness.
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of guiding our awareness from the external to the internal, from the physical to the subtle. The practice slows down our brain waves and helps us to enter a space of deep rest. As the mind slows down our awareness moves through the three states of consciousness “Waking, Dreaming and Sleep” to the fourth and final state “Turiya”, conscious deep sleep.
Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest states of meditation. It cultivates calmness, quietness and clarity. It is a state of supreme stillness and insight.
THERAPEUTIC HATHA & PRANAYAMA
A hatha yoga with the influence of Iyengar yoga, using yoga props to create more flexibility and restoration within the body. This is the opportunity to understand the poses, stay in them longer, and to learn better alignment.
Restorative poses will be practiced to well prepare the body for pranayama.

Sara unrolled her mat for the first time at the age of 17 and since then her practice has never left her. She began as a curious student and naturally progressed with her studies to become a certified 500H Yoga Alliance Teacher. Her passion for yoga and its many facets is infinite. It has taught her to LOVE FULLY, to have fun, to keep things simple, and to experience movement as true medicine.
She has studied under many inspiring international teachers such as Meghan Currie, Chris Chavez, John Friend, Desi Springer, Tina Nance, Jo Phee, Emily Kuser, and Elena Brower. She likes to weave different styles and approaches to working with the body, mind and spirit into her classes. Recently, she has grown to love teaching the more introspective practices, such as Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, for their powerful methods when it comes to easing chronic pain and tension in the body, balancing emotions, and building mental resilience.

LORI is the founder of Radiant Yoga Marbella and has dedicated her heartfelt energy to making it a space for healing body, mind & spirit as well as building a strong sense of community for the studio.
She has devoted herself as a Yoga teacher and body Therapist for over 40 years and has trained extensively in various yoga traditions and influences including Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Anusara yoga. Yet at present she mostly teaches and shares from the experience and wisdom of her own, therefore moving into a way of teaching with deep respect to alignment and therapeutics. She skillfully weaves themes through her classes so that each student experiences a journey that goes beyond moving the body and instead moves deep into the heart.

To describe Eliza and her beautiful ‘Sattvic’ cooking and preparing food, the words that come to mind are health, vitality, wholesome, vibrant, calm, and nourishing! Her passion for life, fitness, health, cooking, and wanting to help people become better is inspiring! To quote her words is ‘she loves to make healthy food go wild’. She presently works, cooks and helps manage the Restaurant in Marbella called ‘Lady Bug’ Coffee Roasters.
GABRIELA DEIMANTE
Massage and Reiki Therapist
Born in Lithuania, Gabriela has always had the skill to help people. In her early years she was able to feel the universal vital energy to guide her in healing and transforming her patients.
She has practiced Reiki and Theta healing of the DNA energies for more than 10 years. After she moved to Germany she discovered her passion for deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, and Kibido Japanese facial massage, which opened doors to new possibilities integrating massage with energy healing.
The combination of massage with flowing healing energy helps cleanse and restore the body mind and spirit.

This will be a gentle 4-day Détox (3 nights), cleansing the body and mind with juicing and wholesome foods. It is about giving our bodies a rest from processed & inflammatory foods, concentrating on clean and easy-to-digest foods. It is also about giving the mind a rest, tuning into ourselves and away from our external daily activities.
About the workshop:
We will be having a cooking workshop where we will be learning one of the famous Ayurvedic detox recipes – Kitchari, which has been the staple of the Ayurvedic culture for cleansing periods.
Also we will learn how to make healthy pizzas – no gluten, no milk and NO GUILT!
