I have just completed. my TTC with Inspira Yoga.
It has been  a great and inspiring adventure for me, Mark Asanti is a high experienced teacher in yoga and in TTC all over the world.
Ashtanga is not easy,  it combines physical strength , endurance,  precision and synchronisation with the breath. With patience and discipline, Mark learns us to overcome our physical limitations for he is keen on alignment and anatomy, he is accurate in his comments and  with his low and soft voice he enhances our physical potential.

The training is designed on several week which allows us to absorb and integrate all the information and to practice between each session. Step by step our teaching skills and self-confidence build up.

In parallel with the physical training, Raquel gives us lectures about the purposes and plilosophy of yoga, she opens the door and explores this complex and passionate exciting world of Yoga as a whole, not only postures.

Mark and Raquel deeply want us to progress, they push us constantly with humor and give us support. More than everything they are sincere in their practice of Yoga and true. Mark and Raquel are not only very professional but are also caring and committed.

I highly recommend this training. My practice improves deeply in strength, balance and breathing.
Thanks  a lot.
