Teacher / Aerial Yoga, Rhythm & Flow

For all of my life music has always been my first creative outlet, so I believe that has given me a different approach to yoga. Throughout the years, I found passion and my journey through singing was introduced to the yoga world through sound. As soon as I began to practice yoga it resonated throughout my entire being. I became drawn to the meditative and healing practice of the mind, body and breath connection. Soon after, I began practicing many different types of yoga, and eventually found my calling in aerial & trapeze yoga. After qualifying as a trapeze instructor in Barcelona, I craved more, and decided to complete a 200 hour Hatha & Vinyasa teacher training course in the yoga hub of Koh Phangan, Thailand (Affiliated by Yoga Alliance).

I truly believe that we all hold within us the innate ability to find and restore balance in our lives and I aspire to bring this energy to my teachings. Guiding people into a deeper practice by holding a safe space for the inward journey through movement and connection to our physical bodies.
