Lori Sjollema: Yoga Teacher & Wellness
Lori has devoted herself as a Yoga teacher and Body Therapist for over 30 years, teaching professionally public classes, one-to-one private tuition, body massage therapy, coaching, retreats and workshops globally. Her home base has been in Southern Spain where she has been teaching for the past 2 decades.
She has personally trained extensively in various yoga traditions, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Anusara & iyengar Yoga as well as Yin Yoga. She shares her love and passion for Ayurvedic healing having studied with ‘Yoga Healer’ Cate Stillman. Foremost she teaches and shares to her students and clients from the experience of her own life, how to overcome traumas & challenges, using the tools of the physical practice, meditation, yin yoga, yoga nidra in combination with the life-style & healing system of Ayurveda along with other holistic approaches.
Lori tailors the sessions uniquely to support the well being & health accordingly to what the individual will need at that time. Her ability to bring a highly qualified team together always to her retreats promises a ‘complete’ and healthy getaway for the participant.

Meet Linda Greenway, a Certified Holistic Therapist with over 25 years of experience. Linda’s mission goes beyond numbers; she infuses heart and soul into every step of your wellness journey.
As your guide, she crafts a tapestry of holistic transformation through wellness coaching, detox food expertise and nurturing practices. Specializing in Nutrition & touching on Ayurvedic principles, she firmly believes that a healthy body and mind are intrinsically connected.
Linda is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being by restoring harmony and balance in all areas.
Reflexology by Linda
Linda is also specializing in reflexology. Through her expertise in reflexology therapy, she examines and analyses an individual’s feet, which serve as a mirror image of the body. By identifying reflex points on the feet corresponding to specific organs and body parts, Linda gains insights into any imbalances or areas of tension within the body to restore harmony and balance by stimulating the body’s natural healing abilities.

Somatic Breathwork is an active meditation technique based on conscious connected breathing that allows us to shift the state of consciousness to a hypnosis-like state, in which deeply rooted emotional patterns can be accessed and rewired. This enables us to release unprocessed emotions and trauma and can lead to healing, growth and transformation.
9D Breathwork is a special type of somatic, conscious connected breathing, enhanced by surround sound and several layers of sound – creating an immersive 9-dimensional experience that allows to go into a deeper state of consciousness, and breathers often have an even more profound experience than by breathing and guided voice alone.

Your stay is in a beautiful and relaxing venue situated across the Mediterranean Sea of Morrocco. Everything is designed to enhance your experience. Huerta Belinda is a majestic large mansion in a small and natural urbanisation of El Cuarton. It is 8km from the bohemian ‘Tarifa’, Spain known for its wonderful beaches. It has a beautiful large swimming pool, spa and gardens, lovely patios for relaxing and magnificent views. spacious and cozy all bedrooms are en-suite. Once at Huerta Belinda, you may just not want to leave!
INTRODUCTION TO THE WELLNESS ACTIVITIES
YOGA
Hatha “Ha” means sun and “tha” means moon so the Hatha practice helps us to balance our “masculine” and “feminine” aspects, finding equilibrium. During the practice, you will build strength and flexibility. This asana practice cultivates focus and helps to clear the energy pathways in the body bringing it to a sense of alignment.
YIN
Yin yoga is a practice that works the connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons and bones) of the body. It is a soft and passive practice that requires slowing down so we can surrender the body to gravity and enter a state of self-inquiry and contemplation. It is an asana, and meditation practice all rolled into one, that helps to release and clear the energy pathways of the body.
Yoga Nidra
Sometimes called the Yogi Sleep. Yoga Nidra counter acts stress and helps provide effective relief from depression and long-standing anxiety. It is an efficient way to obtain sleep. It helps clear the mind for learning and absorbing new material. Releases tension between body and mind and helps prepare for mediation practices. It is profoundly rejuvenating and helps with concentration and focus.
